What is your favourite thing about working in advertising and what is your least favourite?
The best about working in advertising? the ever changing world!
Most favourite: using ideas to change opinion and build businesses.
Least: People who pretend that it's a science.
what i like the most: every brief is a new challenge. i'm happy when i could make something that others would appreciate. and achievements of course.
what i don't like: sometimes you get sick of the deadlines.
My favorite thing about working in advertising is being able to play a business role with a creative mindset. There are very few jobs in the world that allows the worker to apply their business-minded theories to their creative brainstorming and provide their clients with something so incredible and unique.
My least favorite thing is "people who don't make sense." They are everywhere and many of them are in advertising. My favorite thing is a great idea that is realized.
Best thing, we get to announce cool stuff to people, create visually interesting and culturally relevant ideas. Worst thing I've ever heard of: people in slums buying baby formula powder and mixing it with disease ridden water from the ground because to their illiterate minds they trust the billboard showing a picture of a healthy baby and a powdered formula product shot. People trying to help them realize that breast feeding is better than poo-water have a hard time convincing the folks of reality because that billboard is so damn convincing.
Favorite: I love being in advertising and i am getting paid to do the work I love!
Least favorite: almost 90% of admen still fear to learn new media
My favourite thing is creativity - It's not the boring accountant's job (for example) - if you're in advertising, you need to have some strange ideas in the storage :)
Least favourite - nothing. Yet. I love my job...
I love the brainstorming aspect of it. How you come together with different people of different walks of life and create something that is magical.
The lease favorite thing for me is the prerequisites that comes with creating a campaign. I like to get to the good stuff to fast but you can't make an amazing campaign without doing our homework so to speak.
I love it when I have to think of something new and creative at the same
time. I hate it when there is nothing to do because of the limitations or "mandatories".
Most favorite: Delivering measurable results for our clients. Least favorite: not having enough time to do everything that I want to do for them.

I love the idea of using my mind to be creative. I do not like that it's still a white-male dominated industry. I think ideas should be used from everyone to help target a variety of people that represent what's in our country.
Being able to sale services globally, least favourite is when my campaigns dont reach expectations, which rarely happens
