With which types of persons do you feel you work well with as a team?
I can work with almost anyone, but I tend to work best with people who are driven and independent. I need time on my own to think and really develop my ideas, so I like being able to step away and then come back to collaborate. Aside from that, I enjoy working with people who approach their work with a positive, creative viewpoint; who look for the greater purpose in a task (as opposed to "work for work's sake"). I love working with people who can surprise me. Anyone who I can learn from is a pleasure and a privilege for me to work with.
I work well with others of like mind though I tend to be an outcast even among outcasts.
People with big but achieveable goals. I think my best work is when I am around friends.
People with a flair for operations, keeping things running. Organized people who can help maintain focus.

People who are visionary and creative and good team members. I like people that are proactive and really work hard and go above and beyond to make things work. That's what I do, and what I would expect of anyone working under or around me.
The people I personally work better with are those who are cultural diverse and open minded to new cultures and new ways of doing things.
There is also the people who are willing to hours of commitment and work in to get a job done to high standard of quality and who are always aiming to do better and improve themselves and their work.
People who are not "yes-men" but who can also take constructive criticism fairly.
I work well as a team with creative, committed, energetic people, who have a good sense of humor, like challenges and do not lose their minds under stress and pressure.
With creative, innovative and proactive people
Usually people who are open to discussion and interested in trying out a new idea or method they haven't tried before. Not everyone thinks they could use some help getting organized and that's okay. Sometimes just chatting with someone about an unrelated topic makes them think about things a whole new way and sparks their interest.
Who share information, encourage, entertain and motivate with positive energy. |
