Kate Bacon another VA who when I was initially thinking of becoming a VA answered all my questions and all the members of the VA Support Group which is a continual source of development.

My husband is one of the most influential people in my career. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have moved to Florida to work for http://www.worldwidebrands.com He gave me the courage to make the big move and has always been a big presence in my life.
I have had a number if mentors over the years as well as attending talks with those who some may consider as "successful".
These include people with similar upbringings to my own setting up their own business or have gone on to have their own successful careers in the fields they have chosen to go down. However, it also includes a number of my former professors who have taught me over the years.
Probably Jean Donaldson. She is a gifted communicator AND she understands the multi-disciplinarian science topics applicable to the profession inside out. A true inspiration.

Drey: We have worked with a lot of people who have made great impacts on us but the MOST influential of them all would be Wande Coal's Manager (Nana). He is a great guy and treated us not just as dancers but as his dancers. I was impressed!
I wouldn't say influential, i don't get influenced much but a few inspire me.
Dr. Dre, Diddy, Rob Dyrdek, etc. I like a multi-tasker & those with fresh ideas.

My amazing spouse Nat (name changed for privacy) who always encourages me, supports me and reminds me to work hard at what I love doing. My mother and siblings who saw quickly that I'm good at what I do. My amazing friends who encourage me and inspire me with awesome ideas. |
