Kathleen Battle, on Pur ti miro.
Dianna Krall; Joey de Francesco
Rob Thomas. Easy question. Next!
In medieval music, just about anyone in the field. Otherwise, Richard Thompson has used early reeds on his albums, thanks to Philip Pickett. I missed them both on my artist list! I would love to play with Buffy Sainte-Marie, Agnethe Christensen in Denmark, I will get to play with Shira Kammen and Tom Zajac this year, and they are both well known in the early music field.
Patrick stump or Ben Folds
I would play with any of my absolute favorite bands and musical influences (Avenged Sevenfold, Metallica, Atreyu, Simon and Garfunkel), but I am also very willing to perform with all sorts of different musicians. I want my music to reach all sorts of different people, and playing with various different artists would help me do that.
Matt from muse. :)
I would play with any musician who has the same musical influences as me or is in any of my favourite bands.
Damon Albarn and Graham Coxon
Rather, who would play with me, without a doubt?
I dream about jamming with
Pat Metheny and Brad Mehldau
Erykah Badu, Maxwell, D'Angelo, Stevie Wonder, Djavan, Jorge Ben jor, Seu Jorge, John Legend, The Roots, Goapele, Common, Ne-Yo.
Paul McCartney, Ben Gibbard, Chris Walla, Colin Meloy, and Kevin Barnes all seem like phenomenal musicians to work with, and I'd be honored to play with any one of them.
WITH MY BAND ...
Just about anyone. I love to play with different people. I'm really into singer/songwriters so I'd play with just about anyone in that realm. It allows me to remain anonymous and play for the love of playing. I get to support the song and the artist, which is how I like it. I love it when my job is to help make someone else sound good.
