|Have you ever played on the street or in the subway? How much did you collect each day?
i am not a begger to play on a street. so the question is not applicable for me.
There's just so many I'd love to play with. Set your goals? Anthony Green? Craig Owens? to name a few
No, it's just too damn hard to get the piano back up the stairs.
Yes, the best I did was in Toulouse, where at Christmas time I made about £130 in one day.
Haha! Once! My dear crazy friend Josh is a rediculously talented musician. Trumpet player first and foremost. In high school he was no less gifted and he played on the trains for money. Well one day we played hooky and he suggested we go into the city. (We lived in Queens, but for us that meant Manhattan. :D) I told him I had no train fare and he said he had me covered. On the way back, I discovered that the passengers on the F train had me covered and he wasn't going to perform unless I did...
NOPE.. GOD BLES THOSE TO HUSSLE THAT WAY..
no..do sport if I can
I played in shopping malls when I first came out with my CDs. I used to play 4 hours and sold $500.00 worth of CD. I still perform at the markets and festivals.
i would average $15 for regs
ONly once! It was a disaster. Myslef and 2 other girls sang in the Paris Underground, cos we had no money left after a University exchange trip. We earned 10 francs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that bought us one loaf of bread and a banana each!!!
I played on the street in Stockholm, Sweden and two of us made about $100 in 3 hours.
only sing with a group of people once or twice, made no money.
Yes made enough everyday to live
You need a license to busk in London, so unfortunately no!
I have done some busking. I made anywhere from 30-100 bucks a night.
