when my first payment reached my bank account

When our team at Expedia was responsible for more than one million dollars per person in net profit to the bottom line each year, I started to realize that automation, effeciency, and creativity were key.

When others noticed my work outside my company and asked me to solve similar problems I really knew.

I realized in late 2007, after successfully styling several independent recording artists for upcoming appearances, that people were interested in what I could do to help them with wardrobe and image. Since 2007, we have added other services such as online promotions, music copyrighting, assistance with ASCAP/BMI memberships, etc. important to indie artists and saw the demand for them on the rise!

When I was 17 and still at school.

I've always thought that my work would take me places. It wasn't until I was 10, when I actually thought of composing and performing as a Career.

The first time I completed a project.

When I started being asked for my opinion on something. Everyone has one, but very few of us get the opportunity to actually give it in a way which is meaningful for others. As far as going places: The destination is not as important as the journey

Early on, when discussing my plans with people.

Only of fairly recent times, due to the efforts of six remarkable women.

The very first month in my position, the husband of a Columbian human rights defender with whom I met in Geneva has been killed whilst he was on his way to pick her up at the airport -- that day I understood how important our job is…

I worked in the corporate world for a very long time and had been told many times that I'm an indispensable assistant and a joy to work with! I also realized that even though I do a lot of tasks that may seem daunting to a lot people I really enjoy it and I love to see finished results that helped another succeed.

I realized I have strong potential when I was in 8th grade. I had created a myspace layout resource website called 'Layouts 24/7' which grew to have over 300,000 friends, and a website with traffic of over 2 million unique visits in one year. However, somebody hacked into my Myspace account, and destroyed everything I had worked for. As disappointing as it was, it boosted my motivation. I then started learning more about creating websites & graphics, which brought me to where I am today.

I was also very proud of myself that I had grown to have such great talents at such a young age. I knew it was my calling, so to this day, I never give up. I work as much as I can, communicate with as many people, and expand my knowledge every day.

When I taught at MIT

I realized how important it was when I started my own business. I built it from the ground up while in college. It was successful so I continued to get more experience and education. I obtained a position at U.S. Vets as a Career Case Manager/ Job developer and helped Homeless Veterans in a transitional program. It was a great opportunity to help people of all ages and races. It was wonderful to help people with their dreams and goals and work on getting their life on track. I was responsible for providing direct Career Case Management services to clients through assessment, case planning, development of resumes, reduction of barriers to employment, job referrals, training and preparation for transition to independent living. I also Provided motivation and guidance to veterans served through encouragement and personal example. I am a U.S. Army Veteran so it was a pleasure to use my business knowledge for a purpose and give back to the men and women who served our country.

Still waiting for this.
