How do you feel right before going out on stage?
Excited. Heart rate's up, I stay pretty consistent from night to night.

Extra Extra HYPE! Adrenaline is beautiful ha. I don't really get too nervous man til I actually hit the stage and you see all the people looking at you like yer the center of their attention. I love that though, all eyes on you. Good stuff.

Slightly anxious, until the first note, and then I'm alone.
Excited, expectant.

I always have to pee. I think I really don't want to do this.
I feel a confident rush, - like that bird dog who's unleashed for the hunt. But before our
first performance at the IBC contest in Memphis, - what with "wish-
fullfillment" havin' its way with me - for once I felt about as overwhelmed as a
one-legged man in an ass-kickin' contest.
I haven't been able to get on stage and play, but when im on any stage i feel like this is my home.
Knowing the material I am going to play - the harmonic structure, the sections comprising the form, and knowing the other players are well rehearsed, and are well trained at their tasks.
