How often do you practice?
At least 2 hours a day. Anything less than that isn't progress - it's staying at the one level. There's too much to learn to sit about doing something far less important.

Usually I play every day, whether it's a rehearsal or a practice session. I try to make my time count as much as possible, I firmly believe in quality over quantity.
Hardly at all. I'm playing so much that I just want to take a breather from the drums when I'm not playing.

I practice mentally. Which means when I listen to music,I visualize the music as it would be played on an instrument.I also pick up mine whenever possible.
