How often do you practice?
Whenever I can, while I work, in my head always
I practice almost every day. Meaning, I write something new almost every day.
I'm always sharpening my craft. I write whether physically or mentally all day every day
I practice with my band who play for me like twice or 3 times a month, depends on their availability and the gig schedule

Yes we have a rehearsal space and a studio where we do our own recording.
I practice at least 3 times a week. I am all I really listen too so if you wanna consider that as practice than I guess it would be everyday.
once upon a time there would be a couple of times week that I'd put the guitar down.
Now i play every day for about an hour

It depends on my concert schedule. If i am performing every night, or on tour, I will go through periods of time where I don't practice, because I am performing every night.
Even when i am home, I go through periods of being at the piano every day for a week or two, and then if things are flowing, I can go one or two months only practicing once a week.
I don't really practice, I just do it.
I don't 'practice'. Whenever I feel like it, I play an instrument or sing. It may happen anytime.
