Yes, but I don't often remember them. It's a pity, although I do think that melodies are essentially from our dreams anyway. We just have the dreams while we're awake.
Oh yes, definitely! And if I don't write it down or record it immediately I tend to forget!!

No, not from dreams. I just wake up and can't go back to sleep because words are in my head. Don't think they come from dreams.

Yes. I have dreamed about certain chords that I play, or different song arrangements. Some songs that we a play live come from a dreams I once had. I also have several songs for a side project I have called "Nail of J." I have some songs based on dreams or chord progressions that I have dreamed about. Unfortunately, my current project "Signal 99" is taking up all my time, and I have not worked on "Nail of J" for the past few years.
Yes, I went through a self-reflective period and for a while, I would wake up at a regular time each night or so and have a similar thought, or dream sequence that would trigger an idea for a song or lyric.
