yep i had a dream and i couldn't sleep so i woke up and created the dream through the sequencer and my music and creativeness

I actually wrote a whole song based on a dream called, "Merry Go Round". Its a cool song but it kinda freaks me out, cause it was a dream...lol
Not often, but I have woken up with a melody in my head that I've never heard before that I try to work out on bass usually.

Absolutely! I often wake up with unknown melodies in my head, however, I never assume anything. I take down the melody on paper or record it, hoping to catch that same melody in something that's already been written. If I haven't heard it, then I try to create something of my own out of it.
