When did you realise that making music could be a way of life for you?
I'm still trying to figure it out
When people started telling me i had an amazing voice.
I realized Music can be a way of life, when it became a way of life.
I just remember listening to RUN DMC in the 80's and instantly knowing that this was something I understood on a different level.
It first dawned on me when I realized I couldn't stop and I wanted to share my tunes with a wider audience, I think I always knew instinctively from a very young age but I the first conscious decision I made toward this was during Highschool and later upon graduating form University.
When people starting liking and complimenting on our music, we feed and grow on that.
Actually last year when I was at Berklee College of Music.. That experience just totally opened my eyes about what I want to be in life!
when i first began to dj at 17
When i started to like hearing what i was making!
From the beginning we both knew that music was more than just a leisure activity. It was when we realized that we couldn't go on living without consistently making music that we moved forward in our musical education.
I don`t know. it just happened. I thought, now I load videos to YouTube:)
When I found others who thought the way I did
When i could rewind one of my own songs because i had been moved by what i'd heard.
Aos 15 anos de idade percebi minha paixão pela música
I have wanted to make music since I was 12. Lara has always been a "closet singer" and made the jump to recording in 2008. |
