Do you usually attended seminars or coursework to advance your professional work or would you consider yourself a more self-taught person?
Yes I do attend them to advance. But that is not enough for me so I also teach myself to get to the level I desire. In other words, it is a combination of all.
I do not attend seminars or coursework for my skills. I have honed them over the years to a point that I have 25 years experience under my belt to achieve my goals. I generally consider myself a self-taught person because my skills come from life experiences over 25 years especially being a bi-polar survivor.
If there is a course, seminar, conference or workshop relating to business, marketing, music, film, arts, or anything related, I am usually there.
Both, I attend as many as I can afford to but believe that one must always be ready to learn something new
