None.. Just follow the flow and the feelings!
I have no musical education I learned just by doing and being around other as far as my writing and rhyming.
As stated in the question before; i went to music school when i was 6 years old. By the age of 8 i started learning how to play the piano and kept on learning till i was about 13. I quit music lessons and started composing on my own.
My feelings taught me all these, i had no teacher.
I played hand bells in elementary and the trumpet in middle school. My highschool years i would skip school to make beats on my friends drum machine S/O to Ronnie Bullock
I KNOW AS MUCH AS I NEED TO KNOW
I took recorder lessons in grade 5 & 6. LOL Other than that I received a guitar on my 12th birthday and learned to play with a chord chart, however stopped learning when I found the amazing capo. lol I predominately play by ear with basic chords. As for singing lessons, I grew up in very small community where Mrs. Nest taught music lessons to the classes 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8 - it was in those school music classes that I learned to control my voice and project my passion.
I started with private lessons on piano when I was ten. Then I picked up the trumpet in middle school. I attended Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp during the summers of middle and high school, where I also started singing in choir. I continued choir in high school. I also picked up the guitar and taught myself. After I was competent enough I joined bands with friends and started writing and recording.
i learn guitar drums and djing
Have always been engrossed in music from childhood. I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Missouri and attended the Recording Workshop during a summer. I think jumped into live sound engineering and studio engineering by working at a music store. I have ran sound for churches, bands, events, worked as a publicist and now as a Music Supervisor, Director of A&R all while building my own artist career and always creating music.. My passion.. Never stop...Keep it going. As long as your giving effort you'll see the fruits.
I come from a classical/orchrastral music background. I took piano lessons from age 8-11.
