I'm just a hobby in playing music, so I'm not too good at playing music. I love the guitar and piano musical instrument. And I dreamed of someday having a solid band that has a slow stream of pop.
I am a barber and a recording artist. My musical specialty i would say is hip hop and rnb.
I'm Alex Zayne. I make Hip Hop music. It, as for most musicians, started as a hobby. As time passed I fell further in love with it and have taken it more seriously over the past year or so. In attempts to make it my profession I've invested a lot of hours in studying and learning the ins and outs of many programs. Mainly I learn programs like Pro-tools, Photoshop, Sony Vegas (video editing). I think it's important in this climate of the industry to be as independent as possible. So anything I can learn or do myself to further my music I tend to try and pick up on.
On top of the creative work I like to keep up to date on trends on the business end of the music industry. I think it's important for any independent artist to have a firm knowledge of what they're getting themselves into. That's the only way to really understand what to keep themselves out of.

Recent performances include the release of Songs Of Love For Japan with Tori Amos, Sara Baralilies and others to support Japan Relief Efforts. Other recent performances include Avalon in Hollywood, CA, Universal City Walk, and singing Skadoosh along side Jack Black in promoting Kung Fu Panda 2. |
