Currently, I am involving myself around the wide spectrum of beat production, focusing mainly on the hip-hop genre. I would like to think that I am paying dues to the numerous great artists that have come before me, while also generating an unfamiliar style in today's music scene. I specialize in finding rare samples, with influences from popular genres such as: jazz, blues, funk, r&b, and various international cultures' music. So far, I have been responsible for every aspect of my work, and I work tirelessly until the very best product is produced.
I fancy myself a poet. My main instrument is the bass guitar but I play guitar as well. My 'specialty' is writing complete songs.

I am a singer-songwriter, recording artist, and live performer. My solo project is called "Seth Pettersen" or "Seth Pettersen and the Undertow". I have played as a session musician for other people both live and recording, and served as producer for recording projects.

We make videos of our "Room Experiments." This involves traveling with recording gear in search of acoustically friendly environments. We find rooms - such as lecture halls, auditoriums, even stairwells, and record songs in them. We record both covers and originals. We look for rooms whose acoustics will enhance the song. We're recording it independently in our own home studio, Green Room Studio, in New York City. It will be an experimental concept album, called "Bleuphoria."
