I am a singer/songwriter/musician. I love to sing. Over anything in the world, I am a singer. Its a blessing to be able to write music for yourself and accompany yourself on an instrument.

I specialise in the use of voice and sound for personal and social transformation. For me music is an incredible medium for developing many core skills in people of all ages and abilities - self-expression, creativity, listening, self-awareness, rhythm, language, communication, interaction, confidence, self-empowerment - to name but a few. I lead singing groups which include songs from global traditions and offer relaxing sound baths with tonal instruments to facilitate a safe and relaxed space where everyone is free to explore and express themselves. I have worked in a wide variety of settings with people of all needs and abilities including those with special needs and different abilities. I also create and record music which interweaves original material with song, chant and mantra from global traditions.
