In which tasks are you good at, and in which could you better yourself?
I enjoy and feel I deliver on messaging. I could work on specific tech deliver and will have to always work on this ever changing aspect of communications.
I'm really good at programming and could improve in designing.
I feel I am good at any task where I can see progress, and when the final results exceed expectations. I could better myself by spending more time working in different areas of my chosen field so that I may be a better well-rounded individual.

I am great at getting the job done perfectly, but I suck at marketing myself.
This is a bit of a tough question. I'm good at getting things done right the first time. That's probably one of the main reasons I do well painting. Aside from that, I'm skilled at being a team member and leader at the same time. To be an effective manager you have to find the right mix of boss and friend. It's not always the easiest thing to do, but I get better at it as time goes on.
One thing that I could get better at is learn more about the business side of painting. Business skills take time to acquire and only come through lots and lots of experience working with customers and balancing budgets. The main portion I need to work on is the budgeting and inventorying.
TERRIBLE multi-tasker. I am very good at following through on my promises. I do what I say will do. I am seldomn late for appointments. I need to stay organized and on target. I have a bad habit of jumping from one "to do" over to another.
Marketing, sales and creative stuff (logo and web design)are my strengths.
I would like to better myself in (financial) administration and time management.
I feel like i am a good writer, but i could work on my spelling and grammar.
I believe I am a capable photographer and writer, although being a perfectionist I am rarely satisfied with my output lol. Always room to improve and always will be as I strive for perfection.
I am definitely great at customer service, writing, public speaking, organizing, and creating working documents.
I am in the process of developing stronger marketing and selling skills.
I believe I am good at creating very clean, professional websites. I hate websites with bad designs, and confusing navigation. When creating a website, I try and make it as user-friendly as possible, without losing the professional and eye-catching aspects.
I am good at everything I do. But I feel there is always room for improvement and I always welcome advice and constructive criticisms.
I'm mainly a wedding photographer and too little businessman. If people are happy, I am happy. The financial side of the story I forget too often. Finance to buy new equipment with more or improved features produce better image. So important, of course in this age of digital revolution in the field of photography.
