How often do you post? Does regular posting of your blog require a lot of effort on your part?
I post at least a few times a week. Sometimes this is a lot of work, sometimes it just flows.
Currently about four posts a month. I am working on a content plan to increase this.
not very regularly, let's say once every fortnight. I post whenever an idea strikes me, or I feel I need to let my views be known about an issue, or in case of a film review of course when i see a film & loved/hated it or found it unique while its still fresh in my mind
I post multiple times per day on every week day.
I will post at least 4 articles per week. I want to give fresh content to my readers, and keep my blog alive. One of the key reasons why many people fail in blogging, is because they stop blogging. Their blog is left to die...
One tip for new bloggers. You don't have to blog so regularly like me :P. However, do blog at least 3 posts per week, to keep your readers coming back for more.
Regular postings... I put in effort to write well in every post. However, if you go to my blog, I did not write 100% of my blog posts. In some articles, I share valuable posts from other bloggers as I find them useful and relevant to my readers. That's a hidden 'secret' in blogging! It saves time, and build relationship with other bloggers too!
I post the "Daily-Dozen Picspam on Tumblr" once a day. I try to update christophwaltzfans.com as soon as new information comes out. Beyond that, I follow Twitter feeds, and Tumblr daily, monitor the news, and play on Facebook with the community.
It takes a lot of time but not a lot of effort. I enjoy my work, therefore it feels like play.
I try to post at least 6-7 times a week and am trying to find a consistency that works for me so I can blog at the same time each day.
I post regularly. Sometimes I post everyday, sometimes I post once a week. The type of post and content determines how much effort it takes on my part. Dining reviews take a great deal of my time. Also Chef interviews are very time consuming. I like to write about Food and Restaurant events the best.
I post more often than I need to. I am sometimes concerned about ambusing others with too many blog posts. I post about once a day or one every other day.
As soon as I hear or read about a popular celebrity, I post.
Keeping a blog interesting means posting often. I try to post at least three times a week. At one point, I was posting every day and that's when I was the happiest with my blog.
I try to post every day but realistcally it's several times a week. The ammount of stuff I have to play is pretty time consuming. I like to give each one plenty of attention so that readers can get a feeling for what it is without buying it.
I post daily and it is a huge commitment and takes a great deal of effort. Part of the effort goes into the preparation of the article such as getting photos, sorting through activities, and making sure each idea is relevant, simple, and useful to my audience.
I post about 4-5 times a week, and yes it does require effort (and time) though not as much now as it did when I first started. Writing gets easier the more you do it (like anything else, I guess) and the more time I spend with other literary people the more I have to write about.
In the past, I tried to post an article daily but now, I post every week because I also write career related articles for other bloggers. In any case, writing an article require a lot of research and effort bearing in mind that I also have my family and my busy day job to attend to. |
