How has 'having a blog' contributed to your life?

Whohub

allow me express my life, my self.. and sure i've been inspired with so many people plus there's much idea from them.

I've met musicians from several Portuguese-speaking countries and have expanded my horizons ten-fold, making new friendships on the way.

It's definitely got me out of a rut. Before having a blog, I would take my time doing things, wouldn't remember things that happened and wouldn't care about what was going on. Now, I take note of everything that happens around me because it's a source of inspiration for a blog post. It's helping me keep track of what's going on in my daily life which is really helpful!

By having a blog, I have met so many amazing people and I have a great new opportunities coming my way almost every single day!

It is an interesting learning process and a perfect channel for combining some of my personal experience and views to my work.

It has been my way of venting out my feelings, emotions and help build my self esteem back with positive feedback from other bloggers.

We enjoy looking after the blog and promoting people and their ideas!

Having a blog has given me a powerful way to connect with thousands of people and get my message(s) out. My goals for the blog are:
1) Keep our name in front of architects and others who may need help with doors and hardware.
2) Provide a searchable database of code information, so people can find their own answers to common building, fire, and accessibility code questions related to doors.
3) Make learning about doors and hardware less painful, and even fun.
4) Increase awareness of the requirements for fire doors and egress doors. If all fire and egress doors were properly installed, maintained, and inspected, lives would be saved.

It has become very intertwined with who and what I am. When I talk to people now, they want to talk about Fine. I've chosen a topic that many people find fun and enjoyable. And it has led to many an interesting conversation.

I don't imagine that any family would wish to be explicitly public about the untimely death of a loved one, and would instead prefer to grieve in peace. I consider it disrespectful and inconsiderate in being forced to blog about this, in that it appears this is the only chance of Trevor Chappell's family being heard, getting answers and ultimately Justice and Peace

I've made many new acquaintances, found new interests and approach day to day living with greaterventhusiasm.

Probably in a bad way. I'm constantly checking it and always on the internet.

I'm the kind of person that is only truly happy if I'm creating something. I was a music producer for over 10 years and blogging now has become a great source of expression and keeping me preoccupied.

I feel more involved with my community and it's given me reason to meet a lot of great neighbors, merchants, and other community contributors.

I love having a blog. It makes me feel like I am contributing to the "book world". I enjoy being able to express my opinion on a site that I named and designed. My blog is an outward expression of who I am and it makes me proud!
