What blogging system have you adopted and why?
My first blog, I used LiveJournal for. This mainly had to do with the fact that LiveJournal has communities to join, and I really wanted to join some.
LiveJournal is also the oldest blogging system, but that's besides the point.
My second blog, I used Blogger for. Honestly, my second blog was a blog made for a class and my professor told us we had to use Blogger. And, that was that.
I use a selfhosted wordpress blog. It is easy to use.
Blogger, because it was easy to use.
I have used both Blogger and Wordpress. I prefer WordPress because its much more appealing to the readers then Blogger.
I just use wordpress. It was easy for a beginner to use and is still working okay for me, but I will probably change in the future so I can try to make some money at it.
Currently I am part-time blogger and studying hard for my better results in BCA [ Bachelor of Computer Application ]. Once i finish my BCA , I would love to do full-time blogging :)
I have several blogs floating around but prefer Blogger. It's just easier for me to use and since I'm pretty much a newbie at all this, I need the easiest.
WordPress. Easy to use, open source and ability to get my data out again. The last was impossible with my old system, which gave me some headache when switching software.
I prefer Blogger for it's ease of use and reasonable flexibility.
I tried WordPress, but found it too cumbersome, for me.
Hmmm, I'm not sure I understand the question - I use the Blogspot standard.
Blogger cause it looked and felt to be the easiest.
I'm a "stick with the horse I picked" kind of guy.
Posterous.com
It's the easiest and allows me to use Google Analytics. I can take a picture and email it. That process takes less than a minute and it can auto post it to numerous sites for me, including Flickr which I used as a back up. It also twitter's and #tags what I want.
I use Blogspot. It is free, and since I am a writer and need no "bells and whistles," just words, it works for me just fine.
WordPress. It was recommended.
Wordpress. I have already used Blogger but Wordpress has more functionalities, an easy dashboard, good plugings, etc. |
