What blogging system have you adopted and why?
Blogger, I love the simplicity of layouts and it does everything I need it to do. I also love how you can follow other people via google connect and always be updated when there are new posts written.
Blogger, when I started I had no idea there was anything else :-)
I use blogger because my sister taught me how to blog. And i think blogger is simple than the others.
Wordpress is used for WithOurBest.com
I did a whole lot of research before starting my blog and the general consensus was to use Wordpress if you want your blog to be more than a personal blog.

Self hosted Wordpress - still my favorite since easy to customize
I use Blogspot which is really easy and great for graphics, but my principal blog is on my website www.vancouvershoppingbyappointment.com which is Drupal. I wanted my blog integrated with my website. Drupal is more complicated but it also has more potential for creative diversity. If one blogs on one's own site then ownership of content is not lost.
I use the blogging system provided with my host. I had thought about using something else, but this was easy and suited my purposes. I might reconsider in the future, but for now, this meets my needs.
Wordpress because of its easy interface for blog.omgwire.com
blogspot. the most popular one. but now change to co.cc because some modem blocked the blogspot in my country
I chose blogger because it provided the most customization without requiring knowledge of html.
I just post what I think is interesting.
I use a self-hosted Wordpress system which as well as being the 'standard' is easy to use as well as being flexible to add the modules I require.
