|What was it that made you create your blog? On what date did you start it?
I wanted to find a way to share information, support, and resources to others in the field of early childhood education. I started the blog in the Fall of 2009.
I started blogging in June of 2009 as a way to talk about books and reading. I have since left the original blog to move to WordPress. I still blog about books, reading, and literary subjects.
Catherine’s Career Corner was purely formed to allow me to:
- provide relevant career information and resources regularly,
- share career, job search and work related information but also receive feedback from readers and engage them in relevant discussion,
- put my content out there more widely and learn from other like minded people.
My posts are read globally, thanks to the business communities online and to Google, Yahoo, and all the other search engines. It is great that I am able to offer free straight forward career guidance and self-help tips. To me, these tips are critical in ensuring that people who have access to the web or are subscribers are provided with effective career information, guidance and support. In addition, I feel it is important to have a platform where people can comment on posts, interact, get engaged and share knowledge. I take great care to ensure that I bring people useful information to help them progress and be the best they can be in their careers.
I started the blog August 29, 2008.
I decided one day that it may be fun and just decided to go for it, I think I started like july 22 my first post was about going to see to story 3
In October 2006 I received an email from a tourism student who was writing a dissertation on travel company blogs. Initially I thought why would a business have a blog? OI did some research and it was all so positive about blogging that I decided that the original Europe a la Carte site, founded in July 2002, would be better structured as a blog.
Started it on blogger.com around 2002 or 2003 then moved to my own hosted WordPress install. Back then it was just the hip thing to do and I wanted to better understand what blogging was. Today, I use WordPress for all of my sites and client sites because I feel it's the very HEART of everything you can do online to build your business. Everything flows into and from your heart, the WordPress website.
I started blogging about dog health issues after all we've been through with our Rottweiler Jasmine.
I have a passion to write and love talking about my family and family like topics! Before blogging I was the go-to on family topics, why not write about it.
I made it because I needed to let go of everytihng in my mind. I would write to my best friend, but after we broke up I started there in late July, 2010.
I wanted to lose weight and start living healthy, so I saw my blog as a place to be accountable, motivate myself and help inspire others.
Have been internet marketing in excess of 10 years. My mission was to create a repetitive residual income.
I am passionate about how the emerging cloud computing and social media technologies can empower the small to medium sized enterprises and the self employed and level the playing field against larger competitors.
the idea to make money online and i started it on january 1, 2009.
My stories became too long for the New York Islanders Country message board, so they created a web journal for me. I started actively blogging in October of 2005.
I've always loved vampires and anything related to the genre since I read my first Anne Rice book at 9 years old, but I have to credit a little Canadian vampire tv series called "Blood Ties" (http://www.bloodtiestv.com/) starring Kyle Schmid and Christina Cox for the inspiration to start my blog.
Loved the dialogue and chemistry of the actors on the show. Started the blog back in November of 2008, as a place to record my favourite lines from the show.
It has since evolved into a venue where I write reviews on vamp lit books I've read or vampire movies a/o TV shows I watch / have watched and random vampire fare related articles.
Have often been complimented on my "Punny, fang-in-neck" sense of humour ;)
