What was it that made you create your blog? On what date did you start it?
I discovered beauty blogs when looking for reviews of products that I wanted to purchase online. I then discovered the multitude of beauty, fashion and lifestyle blogs and after a massive trawl online reading as many blogs as I could find, I decide to have a go and start my own. http://www.scaredtoast.com was created on the 8th of August 2010.
i am author who writes articles and posts poem storys etc , so i need some platform to perform what i know so i started this
I decided to write a blog because it meant i could write my own opinions on the one thing I love the most. Rallying.
I began blogging in June 2011
I set up a Twitter account about 6 months ago feeling disillusioned with its closest rival... For the first few months I dabbled but to be honest felt like a spectator rather than a participant. It's difficult to express your deepest concerns and emotions with any kind of conclusion in 140 characters!
My blog is designed to inspire people to appreciate their own identity in God and to understand who God really is. Knowing these two things I believe will enable people to truly embrace all of life.
I started my blog a month ago.
I was actually looking for Harry Potter websites and stumbled on a Tumblog that posted everything on Harry Potter. I decided then to sign up for this thing called Tumblr just to satisfy my curiosity. As time progressed, I began using my blog as a means of self-expression and it became a place where I could be myself as well as get to know others who share many similar interests. Hmm...I started my blog around December 2010. I had just finished my exams at that time and I was really bored.
I created my blog because I am a huge fan of the Girls Next Door and wanted to show my support to the show and everyone involved. I started it in June 2010.
I love to travel, and I love beer, wine and chocolate. On my travels, I always look for FUN places that serve great beer, wine and/or chocolate. I also like to write. So I started a 10 year project to "Travel the World for...Beer, Wine, Chocolate", and write about all the FUN places I discover. I began the blog in May 2011.
I started my blog as a way to keep up with what I thought of the books I had read, it grew from there. I started the blog in March of 2009.
I create it because many of the mid-century/modernism blogs were just reports of what people found when they went to estate sales or thrift stores. I wanted to include biographies of designers and architects and a more in-depth look at the history and philosophy of the design movement.
My blog started in May 2011. It coincided with the launch of my first e-books on Amazon Kindle. All the self-publishing gurus recommend every author should have a regular writing platform to connect with readers in between books.
As with most blogs, mine was born of frustration back in March 2009! In particular, the issue of widening recruitment into the PR industry. I wanted to create a space where I could expand on the brief quotes I gave to PR Week on the subject of apprenticeships in public relations. From there, I broadened out the subject matter as I saw fit.
July 2009. I started it as a platfrom to my future site and business Cheapeats. It was a way to organically grow and build an audience and platform.
