My day job is as a State Worker and my title is Keyboard Specialist. On my business card, however, I am a writer and liaison for a foundation.
I am currently an Information Officer in the civil service.
My profession is that I am a disabled person with pyschological issues and physical issues. During this duration I became an author and an editor from my 25 years in business and working as a legal secretary typing 500 page briefs for attorneys and also editing other people's typing. I have written 10 books. One of these titles was co-written by Theodocia McLean. Another one was a story done by my father while I was growing up and he never achieved getting it published so my mother allowed me to do so. It was a very good experience writing his story and continuing his efforts to get it published. I became an author at the urging of my Aunt, Theodocia McLean as she was writing books at the time we discussed getting my poetry and short stories published. This encouraged me to write other stories as well.

Formally, during the 1980s and early '90s I was employed as a nutritional (7 years) and environmental chemist (3 years) prior to becoming an occupational safety and health consultant during the mid-90s.
In 1995 I had to stop working because of disability. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1980, which was the root of my present disability. I am in a wheelchair and I am legally blind, but I have written a book, my self-help memoir, entitled Life Interrupted, It's Not All bout Me.

I am a multi-book published author (11 book ISBN’s to my name and I am co-author of one book) working part-time as a grant researcher/writer with two service websites. One website is geared to help authors market themselves and their book, while the other website offers free advertising pages to non-profits, a source for non-profits to purchase the Resource Databases that I create, and allow freelance grant writers to place an ad on the website to help them get more business and help me keep the non-profit advertising FREE.
