I like putting in random searches into google to see what new products are coming out.
Coroflot. Thomas Register. And I read magazines and Yahoo to see new technologies and trends.
Too many to mention. The great thing about information is that you are not limited to one venue. I use them all and learn and much as I can.
With Interior Design, there is no one frequent and too many to list.
With production, Computer Graphic Society or Deviant Art.

I used to go to the Abduzeedo blog back when they had all their cool tutorials, but now I go there mostly for inspiration.
I guess my best resource for what's happening design-wise is Twitter or contacts on flickr. Oh, and behance.net! Behance is awesome.

I can get inspired from anything to evrything around and get ideas and use them..Observation & learning is the key than to look out for resources/ references.
