Please list your philosophy of good health.
Mental calm and positive outlook
Avoid anything that didn't occur naturally
Plenty of long walks, live in a sympathetic climate, avoid drinking tea that is too weak
Plenty of chocolate, and late nights
Smoke filtered cigarettes.
Eat weLl exercise hard and be happy
Good health is completely up for interpretation. If you're not sick or dying, you're in good health. You can always be in better health, but everyone's body wants different things. Someone with Crohns Disease would tell you that a low-carb, high-protein diet will kill you, while others see dramatic weight loss and lowered cholesterol levels on a ketosis-based low-carbohydrate diet.
Your body will tell you what it needs, and you'll feel like crap if you don't respond appropriately.
Less additives, less carbs, more fresh air physical activity
You are what you eat and listen to your body for there is great wisdom in it.
train like crazy, eat sensibly
Being content with what you have and optimistic about your future. Everything else causes too much stress.
good health is feeling in peace...taking care of yourself of course and being one with the weather but the emotional health is more important and peace is what gives it...mental health? no worrying about everything, learn how to let go. |
