Pranayama Breathing, disconnection from electronics and removal from what is causing the stress. I NEED to start meditating. 


first off all you will never ever find me tense,,,but then also i think i would go with my laptop

I close my eyes, breath deeply and repeat "Relax" in my mind. Sometimes I try to laugh, seeing the funny side can help diffuse the tension. Other times I put pen to paper and let it all out that way!

i think, to calming mind is.. going to some village or beaches to relaxing and only you there or with someone you trust.. also discuss what's your problem to someone who can handle off your emotion.
