What are you working on now?

Whohub

I'm working on two different books presently. One is a compilation of one of my webcomics.

Several skin designs for DS, a few commissions, artbook entries, pictures for myself and designs for another book.
Multitask FTW!
I should work in my thesis though... *cough cough*

My College project on Shakespeare's tragedy Othello. We've been tasked to create a contemporary visual styling for the program covers and a set of illustrations for editorial reviews on the plays we had chosen. I'm currently working on the 3 Stages of Othello (The Moor) Sanity, Manipulation and Death.

A Proposal for my Ph.D. in children's and YA illustrations.

I'm currently working on a graphic novel, as a one-person-team.

I am working on couple of children's book ideas that have been in my head for some time. I am also experimenting more and trying to find my true visual voice.

A series of funny drawings about life in the villages and on the land in South West France. Using a sepia wash of walnut stain (as used by furniture restorers) I get an old-fashioned feel which works well when I show at art fairs and brocantes. I have just had four exhibitions this summer, in Marciac, Bassoues, L'isle de Noë and Lartigue in the Gers, which were all very successful.

The feedback and commissions from the exhibitions and my market appearances have given me enough work to keep me busy well into the winter.

Yesterday I designed a set of icons for a client, and did a caricature illustration.

A logo for a non-profit, an apparel design to be embroidered on a jacket, and a book cover.

Not working on any illus now. Just got a design internship at a museum but it hasn't started yet. I work part time at a shoe company dying shoes. Can't find any freelance illus these days.

Updating my website.

A simple illustration of a satyr, then to possibly finish a painting of a caravan being stuck in the middle of a sunflower field.

a logo and calendar, self-promotion and typographic posters

A Vampire-Western with Kristopher Waddell, our Editor-in-Chief at Mirror Comics. Also, an epic comics series I started planning when I was a kid. Both are scheduled to come out on Mirror Comics in 2O12, unless someone picks it up and wants to give us lots of money. That would be okay too.

My webcomic.
It's a huge project. Apparently CN is aware of it already. That scares me out of my undies.
