I also regularly visit The Behance Network: http://www.behance.net, Coroflot: http://www.coroflot.com and the AOI website: http://www.theaoi.com, in addition to the blogs and websites of my favourite illustrators.
I draw more than surfing the web, so i'm not so familiar with which sites hot or not.
for the occasional opportunity that i get, i just type in an artist's name and take it from there.
I like the newgrounds website http://www.newgrounds.com/. A couple of my friends are involved in animation and place their work on this site. I find their work amazing!
I also like to go to the drawn blog at http://drawn.ca/
There is an amazing blog that contains interviews with some of the greatest characters in the world, check it out at http://characterdesign.blogspot.com/

The Drawn! blog is probably a favorite. I like Lines and Colors as well and the ConceptArt.org boards are really fun.
Right now I like to Blog Surf my favourite artists. Always, Conceptart.org is a great place to find inspiration and I highly recommend any artist to get involved with that community.
