Do you have any specific goals as an illustrator?
To provide the highest possible quality for my clients and for myself.
Yes of course, I'd like to write and illustrate a few more kid's books and get them published. I'd also like to gain more work in the editorial field.
Umm....
Get better, and never stop growing and learning. =)
I think my only true goal is to make work that a client is really satisfied with, but also that I feel satisfied to give them. Ultimately, I want to create work that I can be proud of - whether it be personal work or client-based.
do more work
As a recent graduate, I have a lot of goals! For a start, I'd love to get my work in print. I'd also like to succeed as a freelance illustrator. My main goal, however, is to create a children's book which gets published! I want to succeed as a children's book illustrator. :]
Well, doing it right pretty much sums it up. Other than that, my place under sun would do just fine.
Initially my goal was simply to get paid to be an illustrator.
I have been lucky enough to achieve that goal, and I hope I can maintain this achievement.
My ultimate goal would be to involved in concept design, for either film, television of computer games.
The idea of helping other visualise their ideas and concepts for the above mentioned industries really excites me. There is such a broad range of subjects that you could be asked to draw and render in that context. It would a great challenge and heap of fun I think.
To be published in the "New Yorker."
make mark on world...
I'm always trying to do my best no matter which job I'm working on
My goal this year is to do more storyboarding for animation and film as well as my own indy projects. My ongoing goal is to keep growing.
Concept art for movies and /or video games...and write and publish my own graphic novel one day.
Mainly to illustrate something that I am proud to claim.
Published in Spectrum, Illustrate a full book/ story, win a prestigious award that only illustrators have heard of and live high on the accumulated street credit. |
