|What part of your work do you do on paper and what part digitally?
All my initial sketches are done on paper and much of them work is completed there. But some of my work requires vector style colour fill which is done digitally.
Drawing on paper - colour either digitally or still watercolour.
sometimes I draw my characters and scan them in and color it up in Photoshop. Most of the time it's %100 digital these days
Usually I'll do a sketch then paint over it using the computer. Sometimes I'll do everything digitally or everything traditionally. It all depends on what its for and what I think is the most appropriate
Usually all of it on paper. I try to do as litle on computer as possible. All I do is scanning and a bit of lay-out, lettering and composition occasionally. Oh, and tidying up the odd mistake.
i do all work on paper anything digital will be a slight alteration or touch up lighting etc
I scan cutouts and used them in Photoshop.
Initial concepts are on paper. Once the idea is almost fial I move on to digital. Oberall about 95% digital.
sketches, finished pencil renderings on rag board, watercolour paintings
I love to do my photography paintings on computer but also my cartooning i do on the computer and i like to do set up and design for more extensive paintings first on the computer to get a feel for composition
The only digital part of my work is when I scan in the physical piece and colour-correct it. I don't use the computer for anything else.
I usually start with a concept and continue to refine that on paper until I have the final sketch, that may be either be in pencil or black and white ink, then I scan and start working digitally.
All digital - Photoshop and illustrator.
I would say half and half.
I do all my work on paper, and canvas, and watercolor paper.
I draw and paint entirely in the real world. I like that I end up with an object with physical qualities, not a computer file.
