I'm doing a new line style that I call "Blot Line", working on very absorbent paper to achieve unexpected variations in the line
I try to keep abreast of technology so that I can make the most of it.
I am now using a digital microscope to see and draw the details on plant material. For the most part, my techniques are traditional, and I am always trying to perfect the finesse of using those techniques, together with experimenting with techniques which offer speed without loss of quality.
I've been researching some new styles and techniques to get back into tangible art. I do way too much on the computer lately. But for traditional art, I'm looking into pen and ink styles, as well as marker and ink washes.
Sellotapes, isolation tapes and some spray pen.
Currently, I am working on a Flash tutorial. I am probably in over my head as the last time I did animation it was with an animation stand!
To mix old school with modern computer techniques
Inking with brush. and also trying to learn more about colouring in photoshop as well as creating interesting lettering and balloons.
none. I'm pretty set in what i do. I'd love to paint, but don't have the time.
I'm always looking for something new to try and lately its been impressionism
recently i m trying to have the background done with water colors by hand and then add my characters colored digitally..i m still not sure about the result but i m experimenting..i want to give some originality to my works..
Digital program for rendering mostly.
Air- brush. Not on Photoshop, but a genuine old badger. Oh, and a graphics tablet.
