DESIGN
With which type of client would you decline in working for?
The only way I would decline a customer is if the project was unethical. I do have my own morals and values and will not let those go due to a customer request.
I would decline working for a client who wants to take complete control over the design and leaves no room for creativity.
Any client that is trying to sell something that I am morally opposed to. And ideally any client that I find disrespectful, but unfortunately it's not always my call.
I do not have the typical type of client
Big distributors and clients who are mainly focused on celebrities
Someone who can't make up their mind and doesn't know what they want. Someone who doesn't trust me in designing the ultimate piece for them.
Fast and easy is not our thing. We don't stock inventory, and so the last minute quicki bride, for example, just won't happen. Underbudget is also a difficult reality, since the glue gun is not a member of our family.
People who want favours with nothing in return.
I don't know. I have never decline a client
The one who questions the value of the service(s) that I provide and states that they can hire someone to do a logo design or a website for $50.
One that wants cheap design and has no manners. |
