Ideas can come simultaneously to different people in different places with no connection to one another. How do you explain this phenomenon?
Statistics. If more than one person is working on the issue, then there can be more than one answer. There can also be the same answer, especially if it is the easiest to work with.
There's an ideasphere. Ideas exist independently of the brains that host them.
How does one explain a phenomenon? I doubt they can, at least not me. Maybe there are only so many good ideas available. Who knows?
