What do you feel when, after two or three years, you see an idea of yours again?
depends on what it is, i have had so much ideas that when i look back on some of them i get mixed emotions and self-questions regarding what was in my head when i made them.
It is funny it happened to me the other day I went into a pub and saw they were using a point of sale system which was mine from years ago and I felt proud.
hmm.. I don't always like my past ideas.. but some are good. I feel as if I am fighting negative bad spirits in order to bring about a beautiful art out of a struggle with evil spirits that don't want me to succeed in making art.
Imitation is flattery, but I do get upset to see something of mine blatantly copied. It helps me to remember that my work has my personal creative stamp on it because it is mine. I stay focused on my own work.

I like when that happens. It's motivating.
It would be both a feeling of being robbed and honored. I do believe that great minds think alike.
Depends. Some ideas have become dated and better let go. Others I am still proud of and would love them to stay alive.
Uusally fine - I may pick up and go right away or I may rework it - contemporize it. I am dyslexic and after having a piece sit, I can see those errors, but while I am still working on something I learned to automatically read it correctly - so I do not see them. Time allows my internal auto correct to shut off.
Personally, I don't care. Once I've written something, I tend to move onto something else pretty quickly. I'm impatient like that.
I hope it remained mine, with all the rights that are mine. Sometimes I see a painting that I threw away on somebody's wall. I'm glad somebody liked it enough to take it out of a bin. I mostly feel suprise.
After a year or two, my ideas are best left in the past. I can reflect on them and learn from them, but I don't need to relish in them. I put in my time when I created them, and that was enough. I'm always looking ahead.
