What do you mean by "the best?"
A tie between: Beneful Dog Food commercial --- you see 2 or 3 big dogs in the house racing to the kitchen (slow motion) because the smallest dog, a Jack Russell, knows how to jump up on the counter and knock over the bag of dog food. As a dog lover and owner of multiple bad boys of all sizes, I could see that type of conspiracy occurring in my absence.
Hallmark commercial (I think it's Hallmark --- it's so good that I forgot!) : Two young girls. The older one is showing her younger sister how to tie her shoes, brush her teeth and then kisses her at night saying, "This is from me" and "This one is from Mommy"... her Mom, who is a returning military soldier, finishes the sentence as she does and she walks in. Beautiful!
