What criteria do you use when selecting someone to be a part of your creative team?
Absolute faith in their own sovereign magic.

Behaviour. Psyche. Strength of opinions. Humble Obstinacy. And above all, motivation.
I believe that people need to connect on many different levels. Just because someone is creative an enthusiastic, does not mean you can actually do business together. People have different style of working, communicating and interacting within a group. It takes listening to your intuition, seeing what benefit everyone can have from working together, and if every one is focused on the goal, even if you have different "styles" of working. It's all a balancing act!

I don't have a creative team....but if I did....I would look at their work, schedule, and attitude. If they are willing to work together--that is a go:)

Well first a resume, a series of creative questions, and self discription.
The persons talent, their ability to think quickly and on their feet. Initiative and motivation are crucial as well as their ability to work well with others and have great personal skills.
I do not have a team.
weather this person can be silent. Doing small talk and being creative, does not match.
Whoever I would consider should be willing to be responsible for themselves and accountable for their words as well as their actions. They should be self-motivated and be able to take initiative. They should be willing to come up with and share audacious, ridiculous and completely over-the-top ideas. The ability to plan, organize and manifest ideas is also expected. I realize that the ability to come up with ideas and be able to bring them to fruition is not necessarily within one person, that's why we work in teams. I appreciate and expect the running with scissors, but they also need to be able to play well with others.
UNDERSTANDING LEVEL, ART AESTHETICS, TEAM WORKING, OPEN MIND THINKING,
LEARNING ATTITUDE, ETC...
