I try not to take on jobs unless they stimulate me. I'm not much of a mule.
The last twenty years working with Communities of the Future has given me enery every day to look forward to my work with early adopters who want to be at the cutting edge of how to build capacities for transformation within the context of the new idea of community transformation.

Sure, writing. (smile) I fall in love with the characters of every story I write and tend to worry about their problems and how they can be solved. But the thing is, after I worry, I throw every problem I can at them. It creates good conflict, although I'm confident in their ability to somehow extricate themselves from whatever trouble I dream up for them.
