creative liberty and visibility

An equal distribution is my perfect formula. is the only way i would be willing to throw in the extra effort.

Always freedom over money.

1-Work with the best. 2-Money. 3-Creative liberty. 4-Visibility

Money - most important, I need enough to support myself. Creative liberty - none at all, I prefer to work according to low-tolerance guidelines. Visibility - lots of value, I don't want to be seen at all. To work with the best - at this point it means everything to me.

creative liberty is a must!! Money is last on my list.

A lot

Money obviously pays the bills and buys more materials so its important.
Creative liberty is enormously important for me. I live to design!
Having said that even though I make lots of repeats of certain shoe and bag styles I still get a kick out of doing a job well!

Money has so far been my last value, but soon (as my need to survive increases) it will pay a major role. If I can continue to do what I do now and make money, that would be awesome. Right now creative liberty ranks highest, with working with the best a close second. Visibility is only a necessary evil, but not my only goal.

If I accept a job outside the USA I am more flexible on the money aspect. I love to travel so I bend alot on that side of the business. I must have complete creative freedom and I do not have to work with the best as I feel we all have something to bring to the creative table.

Top of list of values is truth which encompasses creative liberty. The rest follows.

It depends on the rest of my job mix, however in my current line of work it would be money and visibility; in past jobs it has been more about working with the best and creative liberty. I feel I already work with excellent people on a consistent basis and have creative liberty with them.

I seldom care about money, except for the necessity to stay alive with some dignity and support for quality of life (which is largely spiritual and intellectual). I value creative freedom in my work: that's probably my first priority.

Freedom to be creative and a good environment. Money is important because I have to support myself and my husband right now but I would not give up my job for more money. I like where I work.

2,1,4,3
Money at the end of the day is important, because a girl has got to eat. No point in starving to death.
Creative Freedom is an absolute must, and is not open to discussion.
I am quite happy to work away in an office until I need to shine.
Working with the best, helps to push your own boundaries, but one also has to remember, they are human as well.
