DESIGN
List some things you dislike seeing in design.
Cluttered websites and boring brands.
Poor typography choices can be annoying, and I feel that its something that young designers take for granted. You can do a lot with just typography but it gets ignored because its less glamorous than other parts of design.
sponsor logos and a lot of information that people might not even read , which messed up a good clean design.
- clones of the great expensive brands.
- violence
- none foundations behind the art
- none comprehensible descriptions
The typical, ordinary, basics.
trendy gimmicks.
bad kerning.
comic sans.
Laziness, poor execution, and too much ego (I believe good experience design is always about the user or client).
There's not really much I don't like seeing in design. It's so many cool fields, with so many cool ideas from people, that that is what keeps me excited about it. I'm definitely a visual person so to be able to see what other people are thinking come to life is really cool.
I dislike clutter in design. There is always a way to have organization and placement within a design no matter how much material needs to be in a piece.
I dislike seeing Designs that are very busy and crowded with too much text or other designs. I also do not like when the colors in the piece do not match.
In terms of design, I don't like to see obvious copying of others' work. In terms of the design world, I don't like seeing egos and attitude.
The color black.
Following trends, Over-designing, over-embellishing, faux aged looks and shiny hardware
Design should not pander to trend, and that is the faux pas that most disturbs me.
Dark blue
Century Gothic
