I take care of my mind through the practise of positive thinking, mind games and songwriting. I also write and think of jokes and philosophical aphorisms. I keep it limber and as open as possible at all times. 


I think its important for creative people to always want to learn and to not always stick to what they know. Learning knew things, modifying it, making it your own... isn't that exciting? 


I have a Spiritual teacher, or Spiritual Friend as I like to call her, who has taught me many practices. I also do Yoga and Taekwon Do to vent, relax and re-boot. 


Stay curious! Ask naive questions. Challenge the status quo. Playfully explore possibilities and what if questions. 


Enough sleep every day and a decent diet is absolutely key. Exercise also helps out a lot as moving about gets the brain moving as well. 


I exercise it. I read and I research. I'm always on the quest to learn new things so I can reapply them.
