Deep down I still think I'm writing for myself. Although it's really important for me that the audience also loves my stuff.
Deep down inside, I write for myself. I write because I love to color with words.
Three answers:
My audience: I want my readers to enjoy reading my work and not want to sleep until they read what happens next...
My characters: They have a story to tell and asked me to tell it for them. They are very precious to me.
Myself: I had a dream. I wanted to write a good novel and see it to publication.
Myself - personal satisfaction on completing a project
I write for the little boy or girl in Somewhere American that may pick up my book one day and find a connection, not feel alone or an outcast. To blossom a writer career or help them move forward positively in their life.
To use my voice and my words to encourage others to come to their own acceptance of oneself.
Once you do, you will soar!
I write for my clients and for myself, but I'm looking for the approval of God who gave me the gift of writing.
I write for myself lol. Writing is a lonely art that's done in the wee hours of midnight and seclude rainy days. Only other writers know this feeling.
