What is your favorite genre? Can you provide a link to a site where we can read some of your work or learn something about it?
I write poetry mostly in all types of genre- love, friendship, happiness, bereavement to name a few. In the beginning I wrote about my feelings and later on I wrote for others help them to express their feelings. Now a days I let myself be inspired thru pictures and weblog pieces I found here and there on internet. My poetry I post on my webpage as well as comments on the website of the photo or weblog which so inspired me. I write in both English and in Dutch.
My webpage address is: http://home.kpn.nl/nedkam//
I also have a weblog http://gouwerijn.web-log.nl/ in Dutch where I mostly write about how I see the world around me and my dealings being a caretaker for my mother-in-law and how its like to be a ‘normal’ in the world of autism & http://gouwerijn.autisable.com/ in English ,where I show what its like to be married to someone with autism and be a mother to a son with autism.
I don't really have a favorite genre, really. Because to me, a genre is just a tool with which you mask what you're trying to say. We can deal with much more intense themes in, say, science fiction or fantasy than we can in "straight" fiction because we're coming at the themes obliquely. My favorite genre is whatever one the project I'm working on at the time calls for.
My most recent short stories can be found here:

I don't have a favourite genre. I love a good story, no matter what the genre. I suppose I might lean towards supernatural thrillers like Don't Look Now, Black Swan, Let The Right One In or horrors with a decent emotional reality. My short film Origin is an example. http://www.originshortfilm.co.uk
I have no preference about the genre. My heroes are male and female.
