What is your favorite genre? Can you provide a link to a site where we can read some of your work or learn something about it?

Whohub

I'm not sure I really have a favourite; I'm not even sure what genres are anymore. There was a time when I'd simply have claimed to prefer horror; but that's become as meaningless a term as comedy. Whether something's scary or funny or whatever is too subjective to measure. Based on feedback, the scariest thing I've written to date [released under a name other than Gremlin] was to my thinking a fairly basic fictional biography of a guy fighting a villain of circumstance; apparently, the circumstance was more terrifying to the average reader than any actual monster I could ever think up.

I guess the best place to get started on my stuff is probably http://gremlin.net. In addition to sidebar links to the stuff I write for real, it's a site I've been writing into for fifteen years, if only to remain used to typing.

I write non-fiction almost exclusively; academic and business research, political and cultural blogging, online journalism. I'm married to a romance novelist, but I don't have the time or the enthusiasm for fiction myself - except for one or two rather strange ideas that I keep meaning to get to "someday."

My serious, business-related writing can be found at my online business journal, GR Business Online:

My more creative, Mr. Hyde part of my personality is on display at my blog:

I am addicted to the historical romantic novel genre. My recent series: Regency Romantic Warriors play in Georgian England.

I am researching a series that takes place from 714-814 starting with the very interesting Charles the Hammer (Martel) till Charlemagne. Featuring are the four sons of Aymon, sons of Charelemagne's sister.
I am also researching everything to do with 'The Shroud' which means: Mary Magdalene, her daughter Sarah, Joseph of Arimathea, the wanderings of The Shroud' The Knights Templar etc.

Paranormal and Horror. old line publishing would be the best place to find out about my work.
but I do short story's 2 times a month on my Unpleasant nightmares book face book page. just for fun.
but if you truly fill like getting scared take a look at the evidence my paranormal team H.A.P.S. and i got at some of the most proclaimed haunted places in America to day.
from old asylums to 200 year old plantation houses.

My favorite genre for writing is children's picture books. My first published ms is "Annie's Special Day" a basic concept book about how Annie celebrates her birthday with a new adventure every hour. Right now my only web site is book promo at: http://bookpromo.weebly.com/clara-bowman-jahn.html. I am working on another more personal one, But this has all the contact information and blog info in it. It even tells of some flash fiction that got published in an anthology called Campaign Challenges 2011.

I love to write literary fiction and see myself as a fierce storyteller. Both http://iamstevenmichael.wordpress.com and http://thesoutherntea.blogspot.com has a taste of my writing.

I prefer to fantasy and thriller.. sci-fi also but still prefer to fantasy and thriller.. sorry i forget the link

I love humor. I have two blogs; in English www.theb3blog.com and in Spanish www.logosyfilias.com. Ideas, critiques and rave reviews are most welcome.

I love all literature but I mainly read travel books and history. Real people, real stories are important to me. Survival stories. I write historical fiction based on real historical characters, but my blog is a traveler's blog. http://artcondition.blogspot.com

My most favorite is science fiction. http://amzn.com/1475142706

It might be easier to ask which genre I don't write in, but the website is easy. http://www.editormichael.com/?page_id=463 and the samples are all free.

As I've only been writing a couple of years I'm not sure that I can say I have a favourite genre; I'm still feeling my way. I've written drama, horror and comedy, and in screenwriting my two completed feature scripts are drama and dramedy, although I'm currently writing a romantic comedy.
Ether Books have published five of my short stories: http://www.etherbooks.com/ and Sentinel Literary Quarterly have published a couple of my short stories and poems: http://sentinelquarterly.com/january-march-2012/fiction-glover/
My blog also has some links to where my stuff has been published: http://astrugglingwriterwrites.blogspot.com.au/
