My favorite genre is fantasy, but I write in many.

My site http://alexnesspoetry.blogspot.com is a general smattering of my poetry. My site http://poplitiko.blogspot.com is a collective of writers about popular culture, and I write there. And the blog upon my site www.myspace.com/alexanderness contains much of my newest poetry.

I like to write poetry and short stories. The stories comes very handy when I perform with my material.I am planning to write a book but has always got stuck in different projects that has robbed me of important time. But today I am more focused, I should be, as the woman I am of 48 years of age...

I paricipate in many swedish internetbased papers as a poet and I call myself Linda The Poet - The High Coast poet. But I write in swedish so maybee it's not to easy to get a grip of my writing, anyway - here's a link to my page at Blogger.

While I enjoy writing every length and style of literature, I find the most freedom in poetry. I love the complexity of short stories and the character development in scripts, but poetry allows me to be completely relaxed and still create a beautiful written piece. There are some of my poems on http://mynab.blogspot.com , and I will begin posting some of my older works on that site.

Fantasy, no question. I've loved it since a very young girl and still do..although a good suspense/thriller is always great.

The site for my current series "The Persephane Pendrake Chronicles" is www.lady-ellen.com

I'm fairly omnivorous but my favourite genre is undoubtedly fantasy and science fiction. My blogging pseudonym, Kahani, was from Haroun And the See of Stories by Salman Rushdie. My favourite authors include Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, CS Friedman, and Guy Gavariel Kay. I credit Asimov and Madeline L'Engle with my love for the genre.

As professionally I write for a financial paper, my outlet for frivolity lies in my semi-professional beauty 'blogazine', So Loverly at http://soloverly.blogspot.com - there I write beauty reviews, give tips, and updates on the beauty world.

American History, 1776-1861 with the firing on Ft. Sumpter and the beginning of the American Civil War. You can find my work at Synergebooks@aol.com. Either by searching my full legal name, Michael Joel Held, or the title, "Fire From The Sky." At that site, you can read a portion of the first chapter of the novel.
