Which festivals or awards in your field do you find most interesting?
Russian fashion festival "Мода без границ" ("Fashion are without border")
I mostly operate outside "my field," because my design influences are different. I go to antique/flea markets to look for inspiration vintage items. I enjoy trade shows, but I find them very fast-paced, hectic, stressful, although they are amazing places to see what's trending and try to predict what's next. Then again, following trends is still just following, and as a designer the idea is to set the trend!

Hmm. I like tradeshows. I use to like Siggraph & Seybold shows.
SXSW and The Webbys are probably the 2 that really catch my attention
The CLIO awards and the annual Art Directors Club award show.
Honestly, I'm not at all sure, I'm always to busy to think about this... but I would l like to work with something meaningful, that could possibly make a difference in a persons life.
I think the best design award shows are Communication Arts and Print Magazine. Those are the 2 that I hope to get into.
