Which festivals or awards in your field do you find most interesting?

Don't really have any right now. I'm sure there are quite a few good ones out there though that I'd find interesting in the future.
The most interesting gatherings are the conventions that discuss design and do portfolio reviews. It allows the designer to receive input from other designers around the world and learn about design that exists in bigger cities, international countries, etc.
I find the festivals that the AIGA takes part of very interesting.
I love the Fashion week

The horse races of the world are our festivals, in the millinery business. Dubai, Ascot, the Kentucky Derby, where women indulge in fanciful headgear, and allow us full rein to create.
