What actor would you love to work with and what type of character would you propose to him/her as a challenge?

Whohub

I always hoped to work with Heath Ledger. But I had no character in mind as I believe he could play any role very well.

Don't get me wrong...! I'm not only into Big Hollywood blockbusters, ..but I'd really like to work with Brad Pitt! He's an excellent actor and unfortunately most people are only talking of him because of his looks! ...His able to bring himself in the paranoid phase of living the character's life. I love this... The guy is crazy..!
I know, what I would challenge him with.., but you will find out, only if we ever make a picture together.. and see it in screen! :-D

Bruce Campbell. 100%. Not so much as the 'badass' Army of Darkness type actor, but more of the 'Brisco County Jr.', tough, but with a big heart. To me, I'd love to see him reprise the role or something like it. While it may not be challenging per se, I think he's one of the best talents and most underutilized actors in Hollywood.

Robert Duvall, Kevin Costner, Ed Harris, Will Ferrell. I don't know what I would propose for them though. I would also like to work again with Tony San Miguel and Brandon Slagle. I feel that we can do something excellent after becoming better friends with them since Subject 87.

Will Smith and Uma Thurman like a pair of immigrants in sud America in the 2035 after the third world war.

will smith, he is amazing and impress me in all the movies, I guess a short film with a amazing monologe from Neruda would be intresting for me to work with him

Woody Harrelson and Matt Mcconahay(?)

I would make them both do any thing but fun loving cowboy types.

I would really like to see them do some super hero work

I love actors who are spontaneous and bring in things that i had thought of as options, things that are on my wish list. I also like it when character quirks are evolved for characters on the actors own volition. While briefing actors i like to tell them everything i know about them, sometimes it is almost impossible to encapsulate everything but as much information as possible ought to go to the actor. After all this the actor has to enter the world of the charcter that has been so designed.

A challenging character would be one entirely devoid of dialogues and given only few actions. To play out an internal struggle with a nuanced performance made up of little gestures would be great to work on at the edit table.

Sean Pean is a great actor. I loved his character in Milk. The challenge for any actor is to become the person that they are protraying. I also like Nicholas Cage and many many more. Elizabeth Taylor inspired me as young girl.

I can't seem to get enough of Daniel Day-Lewis. The guy does great work almost every time I see him. He got a little scenery stuck in his teeth in gangs of New York and There Will Be Blood, but I still love to watch him. He knows how to experiment with new things. It might be fun to see him in a spy thriller.

Tom Hanks, Family drama

i would really like to direct the remake of "the driver" with michael c. hall in the leading part instead of ryan o'neal

Russell Crowe as Andries Wilhelmus Jacobus Pretorius

I'd love to work with Seth Rogan as Tyrone Slothrop in a Peter Jackson-directed, twenty-part HBO miniseries production of "Gravity's Rainbow." That would be awesome.

I love pro character actors. They always know their lines, hit their marks without looking down, and nail the scene in two takes. Character actors rock.

Almost all of Holliwood Actors/actreses i love to work with if i have a time to do it, we can choose the right one for the story
