Learning that within you is the built-in ability to have your dreams come true. Where do you think your dreams come from? Why are your dreams different from other people's dreams? They come from within you! If you can dream a dream you can find the how-to in order to ascertain the outcome. It's all about you! When you realize you are capable, you have found an encourager and supporter, and you find that enlightenment the happiness "Aha" just naturally comes out.
My prescription is enjoying every single fact in our lives and looking for new projects and ideas to improve and develop.
Anyone who claims to be able to do that is a fraud.
Know yourself
Don't think about happiness which may come later, if... Learn to look around you and to see little things making you happy here and now.
If it doesn't bring you joy - DON'T DO IT!!

Surrounding yourself with positive people, being happy with yourself and who you are, keeping your relationships positive, being open about any problems, treating others with kindness, and asking for help when you need it.
well be who your true self is, and connected with others!
Do what makes you happy and then make it a profession. You and the world will be happier with the results.
Mind your own business, maintain good physical health practices, let go of negativity, remember that the past does not define you, have a positive strong social network, believe in something besides yourself, take responsibility for your behaviors, be grateful for what you have and finally don't forget to get outside and smell the the roses. Oh and love as much as you can. You will never run out of love and forgiveness. |
